If you cancel the booking within 48 hours before pick up you only pay the prepayment. If the cancellation is caused because of Corona-related reasons, we are flexible and we will do our utmost to arrange a free cancellation. If you cancel after the rental date has started you can no longer cancel for free. Most of the time, if you have a valid reason, you can claim costs at your insurance company.
Does RNTaCar.com cancel a car itself?
No, RNTaCar.com does not automatically cancel your booking. Because maybe you are already at a destination and therefore you do not have any travel restrictions. So you always have to take action yourself if you want to change or cancel your car rental booking.
